How does Free Shipping work?
All orders totaling $87 or more automatically qualify for Free Standard US Shipping at checkout. No promotion code is required.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically inspected, packed, and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5–8 business days across the United States.
How do I track my package?
As soon as your footwear is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking number. You can also use our Order Tracking page or carrier portals like USPS / 17TRACK.
👠 Sizing & Footwear Craftsmanship
How do I choose the perfect shoe size?
Most BelleChic shoes fit true to standard US sizing. If you have wider feet or fall between two sizes, we generally recommend taking half a size up for maximum comfort, especially with pointed-toe slingbacks and boots.
Are the crystal embellishments and rhinestones secure?
Yes. Our embellishments are securely hand-set and heat-bonded onto durable backing materials to ensure they stay firmly in place during regular wear.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging and shoe box. Please contact our support team at service@chenkecl.com with your order number to initiate a return.
What should I do if I received the wrong size or item?
If your order arrives damaged or with incorrect specifications, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.
